The Spirit Bear

I am officially putting this on my bucket list...I want to see a spirit bear, aka Kermode bear, in nature! Funny that I decided I liked them recently because National Geographic is doing a piece on them, this month! Here are some excellent shots of these majestic creatures by wildlife photographer, Paul Nicklen! This dude is living the life!

Serious Ouch!

Sorry for no posts, yesterday. My sweet sweet golden injured himself and we had to take him to the vet! Turns out, he tore ALL the ligaments around his back right knee!!!! In two weeks, they're doing surgery. Luckily, we have a good vet....Poor Rusty!
